Refund Policy

At TKN Silks, we prioritize the quality and hygiene of our products to ensure the best experience for our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our products, which come in direct contact with skin and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

  • Original packaging and all tags intact

We accept returns only if the product is in its original packaging with all tags attached. Once verified, we will process a refund or replacement as per your preference.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within [7-14] business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products without defects or damages are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Any items returned without prior approval or not meeting the return conditions will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.
